The Health Suite is the ideal place to relax after an energetic workout or to come and unwind after a stressful day. The sauna encourages your skin to sweat, helping your body expel toxins and improving your overall health whilst the steam room can help clear your skin of impurities and improve circulation.

Please note that the Spa is closed on the first Wednesday of every month for a deep clean.
