BODY COMBAT™ A non-contact martial arts-based fitness programme, involving Kung Fu, Kickboxing, Tae kwan do, karate, Muay Thai and T’ai Chi. Choreographed moves to latest sounds.
BODY STEP™ A high intensity, low impact workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform. Great for toning lower body, increasing cardio fitness and coordination.
BOXERCISE This class uses basic boxing skills without actual body contact. A challenging Circuit based Class, dynamic lighting, latest sounds! .
LEGS BUMS TUMS A class designed to target problems areas. A cardiovascular-based warm-up followed by floor exercises.
ZUMBA™ The Art of Dance with the Athleticism of Fitness, Fun, Salsa, Latino Aerobic Dance combinations, sure to raise your body temperature and heart rate!
CIRCUITS This is an equipment-based class using steps, mats and weights to target weight loss and improve strength and stamina. Dynamic lighting and latest sounds! All abilities welcome.
20-20-20 20 minutes of Step, 20 minutes of Aerobics and 20 minutes of Toning.
BOOT CAMP Aerobic Warm Up with Circuit type concept strength and endurance. Full of fun and motivation to keep you going!
EXPLORE OUTDOOR FITNESS – Outdoor Challenging Circuit based session Studio Cycling Set to music in an aerobic class like environment. No special co-ordination is required. People of different fitness levels can workout together; unlike on a road bike, no one is left behind.
MUSIC N MOVEMENT A class that incorporates movement to music, simple easy to follow routines with toning and stretching.
PURE TONE Toning for legs, bottoms, chest, back and arms. (Some classes use light hand held weights and step)

SWISS BALL TONE Muscle defining and toning exercises for the whole body using the Swiss Balls.
STUDIO STRENGTH A muscle-challenging workout using free weights, guaranteed to help you lose fat and increase muscle tone. Whole Body workout
YOGA Based on Hatha Yoga this class works with breath and mobility combined with relaxation using visualisation techniques, includes Core and Strength work.
CHAKRA YOGA A dynamic combination of Asana and Breath work delivers a powerful ‘workout’ for the Chakras’ helping to maintain your Physical, Emotional and Spiritual Health. We also offer a Yoga Workshop 2 hours long once a month.
BODY BALANCE™ A class that reinforces flexibility and strength, a combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, brings mind and body into Perfect Harmony.
