Studio Class Descriptions

Cardiovascular Classes

20-20-20
20 minutes of step, followed by 20 minutes of aerobics and finishing with 20 minutes of toning.


AERO ATTACK
A simple high intensity class for all levels. You don’t have to be co-ordinated!

AERO BLAST A cardio & tone class. 30 minutes of hi/low impact combinations followed by 30 minutes of tone and stretch.

BOXERCISE A circuit based challenging class using basic boxing skills with no body contact.

CARDIO COMBAT A class that teaches basic boxing and kick boxing skills.

CARDIO DANCE The art of dance with the athleticism of fitness.

CARDIO N’ CORE A cardio workout with a difference, including a core-stability section to complete the whole body workout.

CIRCUITS
Class using steps, mats and weights to target weight loss and improve strength and stamina.

HI/LO AEROBICS
A 45 minute lunchtime workout. A great way to improve stamina, endurance and help with weight loss.

LEGS, BUMS & TUMS
A class designed to target problems areas.

STEP
A high intensity, low impact workout, which involves stepping on and off an adjustable platform.


Toning Classes

50+
Morning of activity for those over 50. It incorporates movements to music, toning and stretch work.

THE AB WORKOUT
A warm up leading to pure abdominal toning.

PURE TONE
Pure toning for leg, bottom, chest, back and arm.

SWISS BALL TONE
Muscle defining and toning exercises using the Swiss Balls.

TONE & STRETCH
A relaxed atmosphere for a top to toe floor exercise programme ending with a long stretch to improve your flexibility.

Strength Classes

STUDIO STRENGTH
A muscle-challenging workout using free weights, guaranteed to help you lose fat and increase muscle tone.

Relax/Yoga Classes

CHAKRA YOGA
A dynamic combination of poses and breath work that delivers a powerful workout helping to maintain your physical, emotional and spiritual health.

YOGA RELAX/FLOW
This class works with breath and mobility combined with relaxation using visualisation techniques.

YOGA SCULPT
This class combines Yoga and Pilates to improve posture and balance, develops flexible strength and joint mobility.

Studio Cycling


STUDIO CYCLING
Set to music in an aerobic class like environment.
