Jane Holberry Pilates is traditional Pilates combining a programme of exercises delivered for the duration of the course.

Introduction to Studio Cycling - Nick

Step by step course on how to Cycle indoors with music. Set in an aerobic class environment. No special co-ordination is required.

Strength Training Workshops - Robyn

Sunday 3.00pm - 6.00pm - 1st Sunday in each month

PRICES:- £19.20 members. £22.20 non members

Please note: Notice of cancellation must be given or full price willl be charged. We reserve the right to discontinue classes with very low attendance at short notice. Payment must be made at the time of booking.
