| We have formed a link between ourselves and Andover Gym Club to identify and develop the talent pathways to allow each child to develop their full potential in gymnastics. This agreement exists to enable all children who attend Andover Springers to be assessed by Alan Lavelle, Director of Coaching from Andover Gym Club on a quarterly basis to see if they have potential to join any of Andover Gym Club’s development squads. Any children chosen will be given a letter with full information and there will be an opportunity to talk to Alan & Marilyn at the end of the session. Marilyn Gadd Head Coach |
